Their first outdoor foray!
We took the chicks outside for their first time when they were 13 days old. They loved it. They pecked & scratched & we had so much fun watching them (And catching them as they tried to jump out of the wooden enclosure, LOL)...

So cute! I love new chicks! You won't be able to keep them contained long. lol Have some chicken wire ready to go. Because it's so hot and humid here(even at night), I put ours out from the very beginning and they did just fine. They love to be outside. We've been thinking about getting a new batch but they'll be meat birds so I can't get attatched.
