Our quest for healthy & nutrient dense foods began in late January of 2009. Any recipes prior to this may not be suited for traditional foods diet. Also, as traditional foods lifestyles can take time, some of the newer recipes while made from whole foods, may not meet the traditional foods criteria 100%. I love the oregon trail! The problem anymore though is trying to find places where you can still see the ruts. Btw: the oregon trail crosses our ranch and we have a grave on us ;)
Oh neat!!! I can't wait to come see you even more now!!!
I'm such a nerd, I love this sort of stuff! We used to visit & do lots of civil war stuff when we were in GA, because that was the biggest history thing down there.
