Doesn't this look yummy?
With a very few simple ingredients.......
And a good mixer (or a very strong & untiring arm) you can have this nomminess, too!
1/2 c dry milk powder
1/2 c cold water
1/2 t vanilla or lemon extract
2 T sugar
Whip milk powder & water together til soft peaks form, about 4 minutes.
Add extract & whip another 6-7 minutes.
Add sugar & whip another minute.
Simple, I tell ya!!! This does NOT store well in the fridge, so use immediately or chill shortly, then use very soon! This also quadruples or more in size, so PLEASE don't do what I did & double the batch thinking it wouldn't be enough. EEK!

Oh Joy ! It looks perfect ! Is it anything like Cool-Whip? I miss Cool-Whip something terrible, but I don't like just plain whipped cream.
It looks like it would make a perfect Chocolate Ripple cake !
Have you ever heard of them?
Isn't that mixer wonderful? :D The whipped topping looks delish!
Hugs!
