A little under the weather.....

We've had the flu permeating our house since last week. Tristen got it Wednesday of last week. One of my daycare girls had it on Saturday, all night, and mine started Monday night. Hubba doesn't feel well, and Sebastion is feeling achy & warm & has been complaining of an upset tummy on & off today. Needless to say I've been a little busy and/or bedridden this past week.

Natural Vitamin C 1000mg per day( for adults and follow direction for children)

Yarrow is good herb for working on flu symptoms. It is a bitter herb, but if mixed with peppermint, hyssop, or lemon balm and a little honey it is a good tea( drink three or four times a day). Peppermint will help to settle upset stomachs too.
