3 eggs
1 c rye flour
1 c buckwheat flour
1/2 c maple syrup
1/4 c mild honey
1 t ground cinnamon
1/2 t salt
1/2 t baking soda
1 1/2 t baking powder
1 t vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Grease 2 loaf pans well. In a large bowl whisk together all of your ingredients except flour. Add flour & whisk well. Pour batter into your prepared loaf pans & bake 45-50 minutes. Bread is finished when a toothpick or butter knife inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Cool for 30 minutes in pans. Use an icing spatula to run around the edges of the bread to remove it from the pan & finish cooling on a cutting board or cooling rack.

I love Amish Friendship Bread. This is actually on my list of things to do this week.

I have to make the starter up again as the last time we had any we grew weary of it after months of it and I used it up. lol

Now to get all the peppers on the dehydrator and the cukes took care of and I can concentrate on the breads for my list this week.
