Our quest for healthy & nutrient dense foods began in late January of 2009. Any recipes prior to this may not be suited for traditional foods diet. Also, as traditional foods lifestyles can take time, some of the newer recipes while made from whole foods, may not meet the traditional foods criteria 100%. Please make the necessary changes if you choose to give these recipes a go. It's going to be a busy week!

I don't know how much time I'll have to blog this next week. My wonderful Father Outlaw & his wife will be here tomorrow. They were supposed to come today but decided to stay another night in St Louis. We're looking forward to seeing them, as it's been just over a year, & we're accustomed to seeing them at least every 3-4 months.

Please pray for their journey- that it be safe & blessed.
