Our quest for healthy & nutrient dense foods began in late January of 2009. Any recipes prior to this may not be suited for traditional foods diet. Also, as traditional foods lifestyles can take time, some of the newer recipes while made from whole foods, may not meet the traditional foods criteria 100%. WOW!!!

I totally messed up my menu for the rest of the week. That's what happens when yu have 5 kids running amok, are trying to get your shopping list together, have had a rough week & are tired, LOL. So yes, we're having PB toast twice in one day & I don't usually do it, but I'm sure the kids will love it. I'll do better next week.... I promise.... I think.....
