Sat- yoghurt, raspberries, juicer juice
Lunch:
Wed- Cheese cubes, carrot sticks, crackers, water
Thur- Amish friendship bread with peanut butter & jam, carrot sticks, water
Fri- Lentils & rice, carrot sticks, water
Sat- PB&B, natural potato chips, water
Dinner:
Wed- Filipino Chicken Adobo, rice, peas, green tea
Thur- Fried pork chops, mashed potatoes, maple glazed carrots, iced coconut thai chai
Fri- meat & veggie spaghetti (grocery day), green tea
Sat- Grilled London Broil, fried potatoes, corn, cataloupe, lemonade
Snacks this week: "Homemade mounds bars," Yummy Earth lollipops
