Our quest for healthy & nutrient dense foods began in late January of 2009. Any recipes prior to this may not be suited for traditional foods diet. Also, as traditional foods lifestyles can take time, some of the newer recipes while made from whole foods, may not meet the traditional foods criteria 100%. Please make the necessary changes if you choose to give these recipes a go. If you are not sure what to change, feel free to contact me at babyfrawg at gmail dot com or you can comment with your questions.
Have a blessed day!

"your making april look bad." -Our friend Matticus
"A new blog is a wonderful way to mark this new adventure." -Chrisi
"Loving the new blog and rejoicing w/ you over your blessings." -Katie
"Are you going to blog about that?" -Robert, my Hubba xoxo
We've had the flu permeating our house since last week. Tristen got it Wednesday of last week. One of my daycare girls had it on Saturday, all night, and mine started Monday night. Hubba doesn't feel well, and Sebastion is feeling achy & warm & has been complaining of an upset tummy on & off today. Needless to say I've been a little busy and/or bedridden this past week.
Natural Vitamin C 1000mg per day( for adults and follow direction for children)
Yarrow is good herb for working on flu symptoms. It is a bitter herb, but if mixed with peppermint, hyssop, or lemon balm and a little honey it is a good tea( drink three or four times a day). Peppermint will help to settle upset stomachs too.
Take care, rest and we'll see you when your back on your feet.
I've added you and your family to our prayer journal, so you are in our prayers( twice daily)
