Our quest for healthy & nutrient dense foods began in late January of 2009. Any recipes prior to this may not be suited for traditional foods diet. Also, as traditional foods lifestyles can take time, some of the newer recipes while made from whole foods, may not meet the traditional foods criteria 100%. Please make the necessary changes if you choose to give these recipes a go. WIP finished.... er, sorta

I was making a crazy quilt from miscellaneous scraps of denim. I knew it was going anywhere & it was just not looking right. So today I was about to throw it away, when it dawned on me I could re-purpose it for the boy's bean bag chair...
