Our quest for healthy & nutrient dense foods began in late January of 2009. Any recipes prior to this may not be suited for traditional foods diet. Also, as traditional foods lifestyles can take time, some of the newer recipes while made from whole foods, may not meet the traditional foods criteria 100%. Please make the necessary changes if you choose to give these recipes a go. If you are not sure what to change, feel free to contact me at babyfrawg at gmail dot com or you can comment with your questions.
Have a blessed day!

Last week, I awoke to a beautifully BLUE morning. I am always amazed at the beauty God has given us to behold. I try not to take for granted the sights that surround me. Friday was one such morning as I looked outside & ran for the camera. The pics, other than being cropped, are untouched. With the exception of the last 2, I used no flash. It was still snowing- lightly & gently floating to the ground, but somehow, it was comfortably cool but not cold. The birds were chirping in the trees. I sat out there & enjoyed the wonderfull blue morning for a bit, before I ventured back in.
What lovely pictures. I dream of visiting a land where it snows like this. Our winters are just cold, wet & windy. Snow sounds and looks like much more fun!
