Our quest for healthy & nutrient dense foods began in late January of 2009. Any recipes prior to this may not be suited for traditional foods diet. Also, as traditional foods lifestyles can take time, some of the newer recipes while made from whole foods, may not meet the traditional foods criteria 100%. My sad little Bentos

I'm optimistic that I'll get better at this though. The kids had a blast though, ad we used real Japanese chopsticks, courtesy of my friend Tracey. They were a lot of fun to make, and even though I didn't have the pricey stuff, I think it made for a GREAT start! Not to mention, my rice turned out PERFECT!!!
