Our quest for healthy & nutrient dense foods began in late January of 2009. Any recipes prior to this may not be suited for traditional foods diet. Also, as traditional foods lifestyles can take time, some of the newer recipes while made from whole foods, may not meet the traditional foods criteria 100%. Please make the necessary changes if you choose to give these recipes a go. If you are not sure what to change, feel free to contact me at babyfrawg at gmail dot com or you can comment with your questions.
Have a blessed day!

Well, my story isn't as cute, but Jon our ds, when he was little loved bugs, butterflies and snakes and such. I'd given him his own jars for collecting these items, but it was always a shock when I went to dig out something and found a jar with who knows what inside!, LOL!

Ha! That was great!!! I end up with lego men frozen in ice and miniature ponies hidden behind things. That gave me a good giggle!
Too funny! I cannot (can) wait for those days where they are old enough to "help"!

I discovered Thomas the Tank Engine in my veggie drawer last week, and there's no telling how long he had been there, because it's my spare fridge!
That is to funny....lol...
