Our quest for healthy & nutrient dense foods began in late January of 2009. Any recipes prior to this may not be suited for traditional foods diet. Also, as traditional foods lifestyles can take time, some of the newer recipes while made from whole foods, may not meet the traditional foods criteria 100%. Have you ever killed one of these?

I have *blush, kicks self* But in my defense, I didn't know they were ladybug larvae. They're just.... so awful looking. So, if you see these, let them be. They are one of the best all-natural garden defenses!! They eat aphids, which are some of the worst & hardest to get rid of garden pests! LET THE LADYBUGS LIVE! I've even shown my kids & have (hopefully) made them understand these weird looking creatures are our friends!
