Our quest for healthy & nutrient dense foods began in late January of 2009. Any recipes prior to this may not be suited for traditional foods diet. Also, as traditional foods lifestyles can take time, some of the newer recipes while made from whole foods, may not meet the traditional foods criteria 100%. Please make the necessary changes if you choose to give these recipes a go. If you are not sure what to change, feel free to contact me at babyfrawg at gmail dot com or you can comment with your questions.
Have a blessed day!
What people have to say about Life in Small Town, Wyoming

"I LURVE your blog" -Sheree
"I looked at your blog today, which I enjoyed!" -Mrs. Terri
"your making april look bad." -Our friend Matticus
"A new blog is a wonderful way to mark this new adventure." -Chrisi

Even though at 9k+, this isn't a very small town. We got TONS of goodies from so many different ppl here & when I RAVED about a particular cookie, I was given this:
That was so thoughtful that someone shared the recipe with you ! Now... are you going to share it with us? (hint hint) To tell you the truth, I've had enough sweets and whatnot to last me until this time next year, but I'm always on the lookout for another tried and true favorite! I like "recommended" or family recipes... rather than just things you find in a cookbook. :o)
