Our quest for healthy & nutrient dense foods began in late January of 2009. Any recipes prior to this may not be suited for traditional foods diet. Also, as traditional foods lifestyles can take time, some of the newer recipes while made from whole foods, may not meet the traditional foods criteria 100%. Please make the necessary changes if you choose to give these recipes a go. If you are not sure what to change, feel free to contact me at babyfrawg at gmail dot com or you can comment with your questions.
Have a blessed day!
What people have to say about Life in Small Town, Wyoming
This is what makes it worth it & keeps me blogging!
"I LURVE your blog" -Sheree
"I looked at your blog today, which I enjoyed!" -Mrs. Terri
"your making april look bad." -Our friend Matticus
"A new blog is a wonderful way to mark this new adventure." -Chrisi
"Loving the new blog and rejoicing w/ you over your blessings." -Katie
"Are you going to blog about that?" -Robert, my Hubba xoxo
We got these tables several years ago. In the move they got a bit beat up & Hubba has been complaining about them for even longer. So I decided to paint them to match the living room decor.
I woke up at 5 this morning, thinking "where are the cut-outs that used to be on the table?" *scratching my head*
You know what? You've inspired me to do something with my old, ugly pea-green children table, because it's ermmmm... pea-green! Maybe something a little more "Americana" would make a more cheerful change. :o)
