Our quest for healthy & nutrient dense foods began in late January of 2009. Any recipes prior to this may not be suited for traditional foods diet. Also, as traditional foods lifestyles can take time, some of the newer recipes while made from whole foods, may not meet the traditional foods criteria 100%. We finished the flooring downstairs recently (pics to come), and since we had an existing concrete floor, I decided we'd let the boys do a little something special before we put down the laminate.
