Our quest for healthy & nutrient dense foods began in late January of 2009. Any recipes prior to this may not be suited for traditional foods diet. Also, as traditional foods lifestyles can take time, some of the newer recipes while made from whole foods, may not meet the traditional foods criteria 100%. Internet break

I've been spending this week off the internet for the most part (emails, insurance claim work & weather aside), but I plan on being back this weekend with a HUGE post! I've been spending the week recuping, reorganising & trying to get "it" back together. I'll explain when I get back! Keep a lookout, and have a super blessed week!
