Our quest for healthy & nutrient dense foods began in late January of 2009. Any recipes prior to this may not be suited for traditional foods diet. Also, as traditional foods lifestyles can take time, some of the newer recipes while made from whole foods, may not meet the traditional foods criteria 100%. Thanksgiving in Australia is pretty much a non-event since there are few Americans to share it with and it's too much trouble for just "my guy" and I.
