Refrigerate the following ingredients, so your smoothie is cold without having to water it down with ice. This makes about 5 cups of smoothie.
2 cups plain yoghurt or mild dairy kefir
1 large avocado, cut into chunks
2 large bananas, cut into chunks
1 packet of powdered stevia
4 pastured eggs
Add all ingredients to blender & blend until smooth. Enjoy!
