Coconut Sesame Chicken

1/2 c coconut milk
1 t five spice powder
1 t garlic powder
1/2 c chicken stock
Sesame oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Splash of organic soy sauce or tamari, low sodium preferred
4-6 boneless chicken breasts

>> Coat a heated frying pan with a couple turns of sesame oil. Add chicken & cook til seared. Mix well the rest of the ingredients, add to chicken & simmer til sauce thickens & chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Serve over basmati rice.
